Q: Are the products offered at Beautibae authentic? 

A: Yes. At Beautibae, every product in our store is 100% authentic supplied by reliable sources. Providing you genuine and highest quality of products and services is our top priority.

Q: How long will delivery of parcels take?
Beautibae aims to provide efficient services including delivering your items within reasonable time after payment.

Normal Transit Time
West Malaysia: 1-3 Working Days
East Malaysia: 3-5 Working Days

Transit time may vary due to courier service providers' operation. 

Q: Can you deliver my items at the same day if the order is placed today?
Yes, It would be possible that we courier your parcels on the day you place your order. Parcels would be arranged to ship out on the same day if order is placed before 12.00pm (Noon). If parcel is not possible to be shipped on the same day, we will send a message to inform you.

Q: How do I place order?
You may refer to our "How To Order" section for the order methods.

Q: How do I pre-order your products?
In order to pre-order our products, just add the items with [Pre-Order] tag to your cart and check out then your pre-ordered items will be recorded in our system. You may also contact any of our social media accounts to pre-order.

Q: How do I make payment?
You may refer to our "Payment Methods" section.

Q: Do you allow refund or item exchange?
Currently the only condition we can allow refund or item exchange is when wrong items are delivered by us. You may contact us to request the refund if the items received are different from your order.

Q: May i know more information about the pre-order service?
We also accept pre-order for selected products and lead time is around 7-14 days. Payment must be made to reserve the items. 

  • Close order (截单) every Sunday.
  • Payment must be made to place the pre-order.
  • If an order has any pre-ordered items in it, every item in the order will only be delivered after the arrival of pre-ordered items. (*If you wish to receive the ready stock items in advance, we would suggest to separate the order between ready stock and pre-order item.)
  • Pre-ordered items are not allowed to be changed, refunded or cancelled.
